This is a full feature contact manager that supports maintaining an unlimited number of
addresses and phone numbers for each contact. It supports building contact groups and
establishing types for various contacts (i.e. the contact can be a Customer, Employee, Vendor,
Organization, Department, etc). A contact can be of multiple types. The user can add their
own address types, phone types, and contact types and associated these to any contact.
The system can print mailing labels for any contact groups.
Service Call Management/Help Desk
This module is used to track service requests and help desk calls from
customers. It has the ability to assign calls/requests to specific
development resources. It prints status reports of open issues and allows
the users to enter problem resolutions. It also allows each developer to
get list of items assign to them filter out all of the other user's data.
